Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

  • Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our Customer Service team at quartrjsancsh@zohomail.com to obtain the correct return address.

  • Fees: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

 

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing delay.
